Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for San Miguel’s Writer’s Conference, 2013.

The San Miguel International Writers’ Conference dates are Wednesday, February 13 to Sunday, February 17. The following Cancellation policy also applies to the Intensive Writing Workshops: all day Monday, February 18th, 2013

If you need to cancel your participation in the conference, your notification and request for refund must be submitted at CONTACT US.

  • You many cancel at any time before the conference – prior to January 12 – and receive a full refund, less a nontransferable $50 cancellation fee.
  • Between January 12 and January 26, you may cancel and receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
  • There will be no refunds made for the Conference and / or the Intensive Workshops after January 26, 2013.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card account or mailed to you within six weeks after they are received.

The San Miguel International Writers’ Conference reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without penalty or notice.

There will be a $50 handling fee for returned checks.

You won’t want to miss a minute of the Writers’ Conference – but if you must – no refund of fees will be made for attendees who leave the conference early or do not attend portions of the conference or events.
